Dan says: "This song was directly influenced by the dreadful news that Bev's partner, Duke had contracted Leukaemia. At the time of writing he had just come through a 6 month treatment of chemotherapy, and we are all praying that he will make a full recovery. The message in this song is simple... live every day as if it were your last, because one day, for all of us, it will be! So stop watching those trashy soaps and get out for a walk in the countryside with a loved one or a friend! I love the beautiful instrumentation Jason has put on this track, so mellow and gorgeous. It was a simple task to lay my acoustic guitar and the vocals on top."
