Archaeologist's Dream
Terminal towers of London falling
Ghostly ocean depths calling
Charming monuments of life and death
All in one good day's breath
Tonic minded people believer
Tender toed love child deciever
Monochrome timeless field
Golden crust a plenty yield

Trembling blackheads of open scab mothers
Liver lillied blood stained also ran brothers
Multi coloured bloater paste in sandy witch
Hollywood cliche lifestyle is a bitch
Brunt of the strain is out on the road
All you can eat and drink, all you can load
Wallpaper primroses in lilac and green
Digging this world
An archeologist's dream

Can you dig it, dig it, dig it?
Dig it away?
I get around, 'round...
I get around, 'round...

Dig it, dig it, dig it
I get around...

Information About This Song
During a jam session with Jason one evening, Dan dug out the words for this song from an old lyric book, 22 years old! Surreal, cerebral ramblings take you on a journey across the landscape of Dan's mind! Marry that with Jason's quirky, disturbing instrumental backdrop and random cosmic mutterings - "You see the stairs, Watson, but you do not observe that their are 25!" - make this, as Sherlock would say, a very singular offering!

Jason says: "When we first wrote/jammed this track together I had this vision in my head of 'Fingerbobs', the kid's TV program from the 1970's. The beardy presenter bloke (Yoffi) used to tell stories using a cardboard set of houses and whatnot (how times change!) and for some unknown reason, I had this imagery in mind when creating the music for this track."
